The Faculty of Arts and Design is today one of the most important focal points of the dynamics in education, creation and research in the artistic field from the western part of the country, advancing an original development strategy that aims to have a constantly updated curriculum, in tune with the other European Universities. The curriculum that The Faculty of Arts and Design offers today to its students prospects the 3 landings of university studies that respect the requirements of the strategic plan of the Bologna Continuing Education Program: the bachelor studies (6 semesters), the master studies (4 semesters) and the doctoral studies (6 semesters).The institutional programs of training, scientific research and artistic creation cover the large field of visual art because of their complexity, flexibility and interdisciplinarity. Currently, there are 11 authorized bachelor programs, 11 master programs and 2 types of doctorate in plastic and decorative arts: a professional doctorate and a scientific one.
