Cristina manages the Art Encounters biennale event and all the other activities of the Art Encounters Foundation.
Sorina Jecza
Institutional Relations
Sorina is an Art Encounters founding member, responsible for institutional relations and coordinator of the contemporary art guide.
Daniel manages the PR, Marketing & Communications activity for the Art Encounters biennale, deals with the press, the media and with the advertising campaigns.
Georgia Bacinschi
Partnerships & Artworks Production
Georgia manages the partnerships of the Art Encounters Foundation, dealing with attracting new business partners, managing relationships with existing partners and coordinating the new artworks production unit of the Art Encounters biennale.
Natca Vaszilcsin
Logistics
Natca is responsible for coordinating the artworks transportation and for managing the Art Encounters Foundation artworks storage.
Gaia Franzoso
Education
Gaia coordinates the educational programs of the Art Encounters 2017 biennial: the children’s education program, the family program and the art tours for the adult audience.
Daria Ghiu
Art journalism
Daria is the coordinator of the art journalism course that will be held in the beginning of the Art Encounters biennale, for the first time in 2017.

Renata is in charge of hospitality, communications and social media.

Nadina is the event organizer for Art Encounters 2017: she’ll organize the VIP cocktail, the opening party and other events during the biennale.

Graphic Design
The graphic design studio Synopsis Media is behind the visual identity of the Art Encounters 2017 biennial, the printed and the outdoor materials, as well as of the biennale catalog.

Volunteers
Ana Vlaicu is a volunteer coordinator for Art Encounters: she organizes the volunteer meetings, training and the activity calendar.

Administrative
Fabian is the Foundation’s support for day-to-day administrative and technical tasks, but also during the Art Encounters biennale.

Technical
Matei deals with the design set-up for the exhibition spaces, with the exhibitions installation and with the technical support during the Art Encounters biennale.
